Description
Audubon Fertility is seeking a motivated Junior–Mid Level Embryologist to join our collaborative laboratory team of three embryologists, an andrologist, and a lab assistant. This is an excellent opportunity to build your career in reproductive science, with hands-on training across all andrology and embryology techniques.
Essential Job Duties:
- Perform andrology procedures: semen analysis, sperm cryopreservation, IUI and IVF sperm preparation.
- Perform embryology procedures: dish preparation, egg retrieval, embryo transfer, embryo/egg cryopreservation and thawing, ICSI, and biopsy for PGT.
- Support daily lab operations in both andrology and embryology.
- Assist with patient check-in, collection room preparation, and provide patient instructions.
- Review and verify specimen identification to ensure accuracy and safety.
- Maintain accurate lab records, reports, and documentation.
- Adhere to all laboratory policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with embryologists, physicians, nurses, and support staff to deliver the highest level of patient care.
Requirements
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biology, Animal Science, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of sterile techniques.
- Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) license is a plus, but not required.
- Flexible availability, including participation in weekend and holiday rotations.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.
- U.S. work authorization required.
