Castle Biosciences Inc. is growing, and we are looking to hire a full-time Laboratory Supervisor working from our Pittsburgh, PA laboratory location, with a start date of May 15, 2026

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A Laboratory Supervisor
This position supports the clinical laboratory's daily oversight by promoting efficient workflows, providing coaching, and addressing troubleshooting and issue resolution as they arise. The individual serves as a key communication link between laboratory staff and upper management while offering ongoing support to the laboratory team. The supervisor ensures all procedures are performed in accordance with established scientific methodologies and specialized analytical techniques, maintaining full compliance with applicable regulatory standards. Primary responsibilities include supervising day-to-day laboratory operations, ensuring adherence to quality management system policies and procedures, monitoring employee productivity, and providing guidance and coaching to support performance and operational excellence.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in science related field
- Minimum of 3+ years in a clinical laboratory, with 1 (CAP) years' experience in high complexity molecular testing (CAP).

SCHEDULE
- Monday through Friday, 12:30 pm to 9 pm, exempt position, working from the Pittsburgh, PA laboratory.
- The role may require flexibility to meet operational needs.
